The most versatile recipe. Use this chicken with salad, pasta, sandwiches or wraps.

1 boneless chicken, leg and thigh
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp dried oregano leaves
½ tsp dried basil leaves

Marinate the chicken.

Cook the chicken on medium heat in a fry pan. Do not add extra oil. Cook in batches. Chicken should be dry.
Serve hot over a salad, in a sandwich or wrap or basically anyway you would like.
