Make sure your meat is dry. If you need to, dry it up on a fry pan.

Take the meat and shred it. I used my Ninja food processor. Mix in cilantro and jalapenos.

Mash the potatoes and mix in salt.

Create patties using the mashed potatoes and stuff with a spoonful of the meat mixture.

Dip the cutlets in egg and pan fry until golden brown.

Serve immediately with white rice and tomato chutney or as a snack with ketchup.
