
Heat oil in a large pan
Fry cauliflower until they start to darken and become crunchy, about 7-8 minutes
Remove from the oil and set aside
In the same oil, add onions and let them sweat for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add all spices except for salt
Cover and let cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes cook down
Add the cauliflower, jalapenos and salt. Mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes on low heat. If you need to, add 1 tbsp water.
Garnish with cilantro
Serve hot! With rice or naan or by itself!
