
Pickles
1 jar sliced dill pickes
1 cup oil
1 cup flour
1.50 cups cold tap water
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
Dipping Sauce
3 tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Heat up oil to 375 degrees f

Lay out pickles between paper towels to dry

Sift flour and add the seasonings

Add water and mix together gently with a fork, make sure no lumps.

Batch fry the pickles until golden brown

Mix together all dipping sauce ingredients. Chill until serving time.
Serve warm.
