
5 Avocados
2 large onions, chopped
4 jalapenos, de-seeded and chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped finely
⅓ cup lemon juice
salt, to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cayenne
a splash of extra virgin olive oil

Mashed avocados and lemon juice together. Make sure the avocados are not chunky

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well

Serve cold or room temperature with tortilla chips, on toast or with tacos.
