 4 large eggs, beaten
 1 large onion, sliced
 2 serrano peppers, roughly sliced
  cup oil
 salt, to taste
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp cumin
 ¼ cup chopped cilantro

Heat up a skilled on the stove and add the oil

Fry onions for 5 minutes, then add the salt and peppers

Add the remaining spices-cumin and cayenne pepper and cook for another 5 minutes

Add the eggs and scramble.

Add cilantro!

Serve hot with bread or naan!
