
Heat a pot and add oil. Add fried onions, ground beef, cayenne powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt. Saute well for 2 minutes.
Add the Shan Karahi masala. and Mix well. Cook the beef until it's 90% cooked.
Add in the yogurt and lemon juice. Saute.
Add cilantro and jalapenos. Saute until the oil separates.
In a pot, boil around 6 cups of water. Add in the whole spices.
Once the water boils, add the rice.
Cook until the rice is 3/4 done. Drain immediately.
Layer rice and beef mixture in a pot.
Steam on low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is thoroughly cooked.
Mix well before serving. Serve hot, with yogurt chutney.
