
Mix together all the ingredient for the coating until its smooth and no chunks remain.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Potatoes: Dip individually and fry until golden brown
Spinach: same as potatoes
Take the remaining batter and mix in onions, jalapenos and cilantro.
Using a spoon, spoon small amounts into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle some chaat masala on top of the hot pakoras!
Serve hot!
