
Melt 2 tbsp butter with 2 tbsp oil
Once the butter melts, add the onions and salt. Saute for about 3 minutes or until translucent
Add the rice and water. Turn the heat up. Once it boils one time, drop the heat to a simmer until most of the water cooks out.
Turn off the heat. Add the dill and combine it very well using a fork. Make sure that you're combining all the way to the bottom.
Add 1 tbsp of butter and cover. Cook on low for 15 minutes .
Serve hot!
