Seasoned Breadcrumbs

 6 slices of white bread
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp dried basil

Preheat the oven to 275 degrees

Place the bread slices directly onto the oven rack, using tongs.

Bake for 30 minutes

Break the bread into pieces and place in the food processor. Blend until completely crumbed.

(If you're finding that there are large chunks or still-soft bread, pour the crumbs onto a foil-lined cookie sheet and put back in the oven for 5 more minutes)

Mix the seasonings into the bread crumbs and combine well.

Store in the fridge for upto 1 month or in the freezer for 3 months.
