Spicy Chicken Pasta

 16 oz medium shells, boiled
 3 cups whole milk
  cup all purpose flour
 1 onion, chopped
 1 jalapeno chopped
 1 stick of butter
 2 tsp salt
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tsp italian seasoning
 1 tsp garlic powder
  cup oil
Chicken
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp paprika
 1 tsp italian seasoning
 1 tsp garlic powder

Marinate the chicken. Fry on high heat.

Melt butter in a large sauce pan.

Add onions, jalapenos and spices. Mix well and saute until onions are translucent.

Add the flour and combine well. Should be a bit lumpy.

Add the milk 1 cup at a time. Mix well. Make sure there are no lumps of flour.

Allow the sauce to boil 3 times or until desired thickness.

Toss the pasta in and mix well.

Garnish with cheese if you would like to. I didnt and i didnt miss it.
