Sriracha Chicken

 1 lb boneless chicken
 salt, to taste
 2 tsp paprika
  cup sriracha
 ¼ cup honey
 ¼ cup lemon juice
 ¼ cup green onions
  cup oil

Heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken turns white.

Add salt and paprika and mix well.

Add sriracha, cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

Remove lid, turn up the heat and saute for about 2 minutes so water dries up a bit.

Add honey and gently mix the chicken until the honey coats all pieces and starts to caramelize on the chicken. This takes about 5-7 minutes. Your sauce will also start to thicken/dry up.

Garnish with lemon juice and green onions.

Serve hot with white rice.
