Tiramisu Trifle

 1 box frozen Sara Lee pound cake
 4 tbsp custard powder
 2 boxes cool whip
 4 espresso double shots
 chocolate shavvings

First, prepare the custard according to the box. I used 4 tbsp of the powder. Once prepared mix in the espresso and allow it to cool completely.

Once the pound cake is thawed, slice it and cut to fit into your dish.

Layer the pound cake at the bottom of the dish, then ladle the custard over and then Cool Whip. Repeat until you reach the top of the pan then layer one last layer of Cool Whip and then garnish with the chocolate shavings.

Cool before serving.

What oz should the double shot cans be? Would love if you could post more pics of ingredients as you go about posting recipes!
Also, do we only put the cake at the bottom, or include that in layers too?

The espresso is actually a freshly pulled double shot. I’m so sorry for the late reply my website has been acting up. I will definitely try to include that
