Veggie Rice

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup rice
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 chicken boullion cube
 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp salt, or to taste
 ½ cup veggies
 3 cups water

Melt butter in a pot

Add oil and mix in the chicken cube

Add ginger garlic paste

Add in the veggies and salt. Saute until the veggies start to soften.

Mix in the rice and water

Cook on high heat until the water mostly dries, then turn the heat low.

Cover and steam for 10 minutes.

Serve hot!
