Za’atar Cheese Pie

 ½ cup za'atar
 1 block softened cream cheese
 1 roll phyllo sheets
 1 stick butter, melted
 1 egg, whisked
 ½ cup yogurt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Grease a baking dish, including the walls.

Mix together cream cheese, egg, yogurt and za'atar.

Unroll the sheets and layer 3/4 of it into the bottom of the dish. Butter every 3 or 4 sheets.

Spread the za'atar spread evenly over the phyllo.

Layer the remaining phyllo on top of the mixture in a similar manner as the first layer, buttering every few sheets.

You will have butter left over, pour this and spread it on top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot!
