Meal prep has always been so complicated to me. I want to prep for the week to make my life easier, I want fresh food everyday and I also don’t want to eat the same thing everyday. So I thought long and hard and would plan to make proteins that I can use in different ways. Meatballs are one of these!
The “meat” part of my meatballs is always the same whether I am making them Indian style or not. The best part of making these meatballs is that you can keep them refrigerated for a few days or freeze them for a few weeks.

Mix together all ingredients
Form meatballs. Forms about 24 meatballs.
Fry in a frypan, don't turn too much. Cook on medium heat.
