Ramadan is finally here! Ramadan is a time of introspection and betterment. I don’t want to go too deep into Ramadan because I have posted once about it before. (You can find that post here).
This post is all about food! Below I have lists of my recipes and (links to them) that are freezer-friendly, good for suhoor (the pre-fasting meal) and for iftar (the meal when you break your fast). Bear in mind, all food is game during Ramadan, this is just what I find convenient or someone in family (or me) might tend to crave more.
As I post during Ramadan, I’ll update these lists. On my Instagram, there’s also a story highlight with all these recipes as well!
Prep these the night before and heat them up for a bit in the microwave and you have a satisfying and filling meal!
- Chicken Spring Rolls
- Chicken Nuggets
- Fried Pickles
- Dahi Barey
- Chana Daal
- Kheema Noodles
- Chicken Vermicelli
- Chicken Cilantro Soup
- Rooh Afza Limeade
- Suleimani Tea
- Za’atar Cheese Pie
- Spinach Twist
- 10 Minute Nachos
- Shami Kabobs
Leftover Make-Over is a great way to re-use some of your leftovers. During Ramadan and quarantine times, we really don’t want to be wasting any food. If you find more creative ways to use our recipes, please let us know.
Praying for a blessed Ramadan in these tough times and hoping for the best in the future. Please remember to keep the entire Cilantro Chronicles family in your prayers.
As always, please comment, like and share this post. Please send us any pictures of the food you try to our Instagram @CilantroChronicles
