
Preheat oven to 375.
Grease muffin tin.
Whisk eggs with spices.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way with the egg mixture.
Add the ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serve warm!
Eat right away or save in the fridge for 3 days (warm up for 30 seconds before eating).
Freeze for 2 weeks.
Cool down completely before putting in the fridge or freezer.
