This 4 ingredient daal is easy, healthy and delicious. You can't stop eating it!

1 cup chana daal
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup cilantro
¼ cup jalapeno peppers
salt and black pepper, to taste

Wash the daal until the water runs clear

Boil in water on high for about 25 minutes. Daal should retain its shape but be easily crushed.

Drain the water.

Add ingredients and mix well.
