 1 lb Pasindey beef (thinly cut steaks, cut into strips)
 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp cumin powder
 ½ cup sour cream
 ¼ cup dried fenugreek leaves
  cup almond flour
 ¼ cup lemon juice
 ¾ cup fried onions
  cup oil
  cup cilantro

Mix all the ingredients together, except the cilantro. You can marinate for up to 24 hours, if you would like.

Put all ingredients into the Instant Pot on high pressure for 25 minutes.

Release the pressure, add cilantro and saute if you would like it to be on the dry side.

Serve hot with rice!

also would it be okay to use frozen methi? i don’t have dried and dont want to get a whole pack lol unless u tell me it really makes a diffrence!

I don’t see why not. It may make it a little watery bc it’s frozen but that water can be sautéed off!
