
Combine melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, basil and parmesan.
Add in the breadcrumbs and mix really well.
Refrigerate for a couple hours, or until hardens.
***it won't get as hard as normal butter because of the breadcrumbs
Heat up olive oil in a pot.
Add in all the ingredients and allow to boil once.
Mix in the noodles. Keep covered until ready to serve,
Line up the shrimp in a deep baking pan. The tails should be turned inward.
According to the size of the shrimp, you're going to take a ball of the butter mixture and flatten it on top of the shrimp. You want the "disk" to be about 1/4 of an inch thick.
Sprinkle paprika over the shrimp.
Bake at 400 F for 12 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden.
Remove from oven and layer on top of the noodles.
Serve hot.
