Spaghetti in Meat Sauce-Instant Pot

Yields1 Serving

 16 oz spaghetti noodles
 1 jar of your favorite tomato sauce
 1 lb ground beef
 1.50 tsp salt, or to taste
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 ½ tsp cumin powder
 2 jars water, use the sauce bottle
 1 onion, sliced

Turn on IP to saute mode. When the screen says hot, add oil and onions. Saute onions until they turn translucent.

Add meat and spices, saute until the meat turns brown. Add a little water, if needed.

Layer the unboiled noodles on top of the meat, then the tomato sauce. Pour just enough water to cover the noodles.

DO NOT MIX.

Turn IP on pressure for 15 minutes and do a QPR when complete. There will still be water in the pot.

Turn on saute mode while you separate the noodles that are stuck together.

Mix well. Let sit for 3 or 4 minutes.

Garnish with parmesan cheese. Serve hot!
