
Turm Instant Pot on saute mode and allow it to heat up completely. Once it says hot, add oil and onion. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add the beef and saute until it is no longer pink.
Add gg paste and tomato paste. Mix well.
Add the remainder for the spices. Sour cream and cream cheese and combine well.
Add 1 cup of water.
Close lid and pressure for 13 minutes. Do a quick release of pressure.
Add the uncooked noodles. Add more water if needed, the noodles should be completely submerged.
Pressure for another 6 minutes. Do a quick release of pressure and mix well.
Mix in the shredded cheese and cilantro.
Enjoy hot with some garlic bread.
