Veggie Fried Rice

Yields1 Serving

 2 cups leftover rice
 1 bag of frozen veggies
  cup oil
 ½ cup soy sauce
 ¼ cup chili garlic sauce
 salt, to taste
 1 onion, sliced
 scrambled egg, optional
 ½ cup water

Heat oil in a wok or deep fry pan

Add onions and saute for 2 minutes

Add frozen vegetables and saute for 2 minutes or until they thaw

Add the soy sauce and chili garlic sauce

Add the rice and combine thoroughly

Add water.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot and with my sriracha honey chicken ๐Ÿ˜‹
